When we fought for human rights principles for Act 48, we knew accountability, transparency and participation would be critical to make sure our healthcare system gets built with all of our voices in the conversation. The Administration and the Green Mountain Care Board started that process in the Fall, and is continuing that with a series of listening sessions that seek public input on the benefits to be included in design of a single payer system for Vermont.
