We are building a movement to make healthcare a human right in our state. Because of the work of thousands of Vermonters across the state, we are changing what is "politically possible" for state healthcare reform. S.88 establishes a process to hire expert architects to design the blueprint of exactly how Vermont can lead the country by creating a system where we treat healthcare as a public good for all Vermonters.
